Vintage antique tribal old silver bracelet bangle (Gajare kee ponch) from Rajasthan India. Six solid old silver pieces are re-string with yarn in traditional way strongly. Solid silver pieces are ornamented with bunched of solid small balls (gajre) rigidly fixed to the main body by threading a wire through their attached integral loops.
This work is call moti ke gajre kam; the effect of bunching guchchedar. A silver ball bunch called chandi ke gajre ka guchchha. They are placed on bangles, bracelets, necklaces, pendants, earrings, belts and anklets. Handcrafted silver antique bracelet worn by the nomadic & "gypsy" tribes of Rajasthan.
This bracelet has a great raised design, gorgeous antique silver early 20th century. Nice worn piece with great antique look. Length - 16 cm(6.3) we can the adjust length. Size of one silver piece - 3/1.8 cm(1.18/0.7). Weight - 231.6 Grams.
